At the Imaginative Cuisine of the Archipelago at 1945, Bali’s celebrated contemporary Indonesian restaurant, Merah Putih is coming to Jakarta for a special collaboration with 1945 Restaurant. The collaboration will bring the talented Chef Maxie Millian, the Group Head Chef of Merah Putih & Sangsaka restaurants. Together with 1945’s Adhitia Julisiandi, the duo will present their imaginative interpretation of Indonesian fine dining. The 5-course dinner will highlight unique Indonesian flavors and ingredients, transforming the traditional menus that are well-known, into a more refined decadent dishes. For one night only, guests are invited to enjoy the special menu by this two amazing chefs on 22 November 2018. Dinner is priced at Rp 688,000++ per person or Rp 888,000++ per person with wine pairing.
Presenting contemporary Asian inspired dishes, Chef Hans Christian of VIEW restaurant is partnering with the award-winning chef Kim Leun Chen (semifinalist for the SEA region San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018) of the famous Sitka Restaurant in Malaysia, for an epic 5-course dinner on 23 & 24 November 2018. The Head Chef of Sitka, Kim Leun Chen is coming to VIEW Restaurant to present tasteful dishes of modern Asian interpretation using the best of fresh local produce. With both chefs showcasing their ability to create explorative yet original menus, this culinary event is set to be one of the most intriguing food events of the month. The special dinner is priced at Rp 780,000++ per person.
